In brief
NurseFlow is the Belgian care-missions platform: you register for free, set your mobility zone and availability, and pick the missions that suit you — the platform handles Dimona, contract and payroll. 21 care professionals are already registered in East Flanders according to the monthly NurseFlow barometer; missions available in Ghent vary with client demand in the region.
Flexi-jobs are open to professionals already employed at least 4/5 time with another employer (or retired); the self-employed fit missions into their own practice; students work under a student contract. In every case, registration is free and you remain free to accept or decline each mission.
1. Online registration
Free, in a few minutes: your profession, your mobility zone, your availability.
2. File validation
The team checks your file (diploma, licence, flexi eligibility where relevant) — you are notified as soon as it is accepted.
3. Missions offered
Missions matching your profile and zone are offered to you: you choose, NurseFlow takes care of Dimona, contract and payroll.
